Nicole Kimmel PhD

Nicole Kimmel is the Vice President of AANWP/ANWPB, President of AANWC/ANWCB and the Admissions Director for GEHA (Guardian Ecclesiastical Holistic Association).  She and her husband, Stacy, own and operate a natural health center in Sarasota, Florida called Thriveology.   Stacy is a “Traditional Naturopath” and Nicole is the developer/owner of PracTactics.com, a Wellness Business Ecosystem.

Nicole started her coaching career as an employee trainer in a large organization and she quickly learned that people wanted to learn more than the tasks on a job description. As a result, she found her passion for “developing,” people (personally and professionally); developing new positions within organizations; developing new procedures/systems to streamline outdated practices; developing new programs to enhance work/life experiences, etc…but most importantly developing new mindsets! Her Master’s studies in Organizational Behavior at UTD (University of Texas, Dallas), afforded her the education she needed to become a licensed ICF (International Coaching Federation) Executive Business Coach.

Nicole has one daughter, Brooke, who is an attorney and operates a real estate business with her husband, Zain.  She is Lolli to her 2 year old grandson, Avery.  When Nicole isn’t working (which is seldom), she enjoys time with Stacy; feeling the sun on her body (at the beach), reading, walking and playing with Avery.
