AANWP FAQs

What's the difference between AANWP & ANWPB member?

The difference:  an AANWP applicant submits the required education credentials and we approve and authenticate the education WITHOUT TESTING and No CEUs are required.

An ANWPB applicant submits the required Naturopathic/Natural Medicine OR Nutrition education credentials AND must pass an ONLINE Exam – and “Doctor of” titles are ONLY offered to those who take/pass the exam.  Plus, ANWPB members are added to the International Registry and are automatically approved for Designs for Health AND Standard Process (free) practitioner education to qualify for a professional account.  ANWPB members are required to submit 12 CEU’s per year.

All certifications offer the same member benefits.

Your payment is set up as an annual subscription, so every 365 days, it will auto-charge the respective “renewal fee” to whatever card you keep on file.  You can login to your dashboard and cancel anytime.

If you cancel before your 365 day anniversary, your BC remains active until the system attempts to charge the card (for renewal) and when the card fails, your BC is canceled.

If you have ANWPB Board Cert, your name will remain on the Registry until the payment fails, at which point, it will be removed.  If you choose to reactivate, once your payment is processed, your name will be added back to the Registry.

Why might my application be denied?

  1.  If your education/credentials do not align with the title for which you’ve applied.
  2.  If the Board does not feel that your education/credentials meets the eligibility.
