If there are no letters in the far left column, it is a NON-exam application. If there are letters, those are Exam applications. Here's what the letters stand for (per exam): NM: Natural Medicine/Naturopathy. N: Nutrition. PSY: Psychedelic Medicine. HM: Herbal Medicine. H: Homeopathy. With each step the applicant takes, a little calendar is revealed in the Admin database under the "Status" column. Admin must submit these dated calendars - to send an email notification to the applicant to take the next step. Once the applicant has moved forward with the next step, a new color is revealed.
White: application submitted (not approved yet)
Grey: applicant is approved but has not paid
Yellow: applicant has paid and the certificate needs to be mailed
Green: everything is complete and entry is moved to "View All Completed Applications"

Pink: applicant paid and it is time to set up their Speedexam account and email the login credentials to the applicant
Blue: applicant is taking the exam. once exam is passed, click "Add Listing" on the next admin calendar and entry turns yellow.
Yellow: applicant has passed the exam, the directory listing has been added and the certificate & ethics doc need to be mailed.
Green: everything is complete and entry is moved to "View All Completed Applications"
All accreditation applicants start by applying for AANWP accreditation and ANWPB accreditation is invite-only, after AANWP approval. If the applicant is eligible for any of the exam accreditations, they are invite-only and the invite is sent in the database per subject. Some applicants will NOT qualify for any of the ANWPB accreditation subjects and some may qualify for more than one. Invites are sent based on the curriculum and its level of comprehensiveness - per subject. It must be a very robust program (not course) to be invited.
